This rhythm based cycle class blends functional movement with cross body sequencing that moves your body through unique primal sprints while keeping the legs in cadence. This is a cardio heavy class that utilizes musical architecture to blend intense interval training with functional variations that give you a total body workout with a caloric burn between 600-900.
